Your eyes don’t SEE when they’re moving and your brain ignores quite a lot.

Eyes jump around (saccading) rather than sweeping.

Saccadic Masking means you can never see your own eyes move in a mirror.

It also means that you will miss a HUGE amount when your eyes are moving
